Cancer Theranostics
In nanomedicine for cancer theranostics, we aim to design and fabricate versatile nanostructures as theranostic agents for pathophysiologic applications. Our current efforts include development of near-infrared plasmonic noble-metallic nanostructure as photothermal agents for therapeutic treatment, design of nanoscale capsules by integrating nanostructure with temperature sensitive materials for targeted delivery and controlled release, construction of nanostructure with biomolecules for modulating tumor microenvironment to enhancing cancer immunotherapy.
